Immaculate Conception Parish Mass Request Form
To make a mass request, you can:
- fill out this form to be submitted by email
- submit a request by mail
- or use a mass request envelope available in the church.
If you choose to email your request, please see below for methods to make payment.
You may request up to three masses for each deceased individual friend or family member
For the year following the death of a loved one, you may schedule three additional masses: A Month’s Mind, A Birthday or Wedding Anniversary and First Anniversary of the Death
No masses may be requested on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Easter Sunday, Mother’s Day, and Father’s Day
Regular mass = $10.00 / Radio mass = $45.00 (Sundays at 8:30 am only).
