Immaculate Conception Parish Mass Request Form

Mass Intention Requests for 2024 are now being accepted.

To make a request, you can fill out this form to be submitted by email, submit a request by mail, or use a mass request envelope available in the church. If you choose email, please see below for methods to make payment.
You may have up to three masses said for each deceased individual friend or family member.
For the year following the death of a loved one, you may schedule three additional masses: A Month’s Mind, A Birthday or Wedding Anniversary and First Anniversary of the Death.
No masses may be requested on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Easter Sunday, Mother’s Day, and Father’s Day.
Regular mass = $10.00 / Radio mass = $45.00
